Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your location and order size. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Zones We currently ship to the continental United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Live Plant Handling & Cold Weather Live plants are sensitive to temperature extremes. During winter months, heat packs are required for shipments to areas where daytime temperatures are below 45°F. If your area requires a heat pack, it will be added to your order automatically. We reserve the right to delay shipment during extreme weather conditions to protect plant health in transit.

Delivery Timeframes Transit times vary by carrier and destination but are typically 2–7 business days after shipment. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with photos and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
