Refund policy
We guarantee that all plants will arrive in a healthy condition if ordered and shipped under proper conditions. Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept returns. All sales are final. If your plant order arrives dead or damaged, we will issue a refund or replacement. We must have photo documentation and be notified within 48 hours of delivery.
Orders returned to our greenhouses due to an incorrect shipping address provided will not be eligible for a replacement or a refund, nor are buyer error purchases (buyer changed mind, buyer ordered by mistake) eligible for refunds.
IMPORTANT! Winter Shipping Protection DURING WINTER MONTHS
Before placing an order, customers are required to ensure that Winter Shipping Protection is added to their order if the average daytime temperature in the destination area drops below 45°F.
Failure to include Winter Shipping Protection may result in plant damage during transit. Plant Ship Direct assumes no liability for cold-related damage on orders shipped without this protection. Orders that suffer cold-related damage without Winter Shipping Protection will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.
It is the customer's responsibility to check local temperatures before ordering during cold weather months.
Delays caused by shipping couriers, including lost-in-transit packages, are not covered under the guarantee policy. However, in the event that plants arrive damaged due to factors within our control, you may request either a refund or replacement. You must provide proof of damage by sending a photo to us at plantshipdirect@yahoo.com.
If an entire order arrives damaged, a full refund will be issued, covering the cost of the products and shipping. For orders containing multiple items, if only a portion of the order is affected, the refund will be limited to the cost of the damaged items. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded unless all items in the order were affected. For single-item orders, a full refund will be issued if the item is damaged.

The plants available through our store are intended for decorative and horticultural purposes. It is the buyer's responsibility to research plant safety independently if pets or children are present in the home.
We strongly encourage customers to verify suitability before purchase, especially regarding toxicity or potential irritation. While we aim to provide accurate information where possible, Plant Ship Direct does not guarantee that any plant is pet- or child-safe and cannot be held liable for any adverse reactions, misuse, or outcomes once a plant has been delivered.
